The purpose of the support pass is to allow you the opportunity to ask billing and training-related questions to the live support team. Some example questions include:

Why did my claim get denied?
What does this claim rejection mean?
How do I fix my rejections?
How do I bill a CPAP?

These are common questions that would normally be addressed by a biller.  In many cases, customers may not have a biller, so we are here to help you.  Get a few passes each month so you can get the answers you need fast!
